Line cook - Dinner

Part time | DOE

 

We are looking for reliable, friendly people that have a passion for food and hospitality! Ideal candidates will have one year of service or culinary experience; however, we can offer training to the right person.

Sous Chef

$15 - $16 / hour

What your job will be:

 

Leading and building a collaborative kitchen team by motivating and actively coaching.

Effectively communicating with the front of the house to ensure a positive experience for the guests.

Have ability to work all stations including banquets.

Providing guidance and overseeing line cooking, food preparation, and dish station.

Overseeing and organizing kitchen stock and ingredients.

Overseeing cleaning and sanitizing duties and assist the food and beverage manager with ordering, receiving, and scheduling.

Maintain the highest standards of food preparation and recipe execution.

 

A few things we’ll expect:

 

At least 2 years of experience.

Being able to work under pressure and be able to lead other team members in a positive manner.

Be our go to for smooth kitchen operations.

Must be able to work all shifts and any day.

Positive job references.

A passion for hospitality and providing a positive, memorable experience.
